Just trying to figure out why the capping. If "they" are not accumulating then "they" shouldnt be to worried about trying to keep the price down. I cant see why the SP would start running up without any major announcements after all we only know that Holloman is a major holder but what exactly is the plan we still are guessing.
I would figure when "they" want the price to run "they" will start releasing whatever announcements "they" have in store.
