If it is capping then we know who's doing it and they've got more than 5 million shares to play with. This is a opportunity to buy.
As pressure increase resistance increases and when it looks like the buyers are starting to get to bullish a dump occurs below market price. I'd say it certainly is capping and there's nothing we can do about it.
