Surely Mr or Mrs Capper has had plenty of time to get their fill here. Its not exactly been the fastest moving stock over the last few months. If I had the dollars I'd love to hold about 10 times my holding at the moment and I wouldn't have had much trouble accumulating it at the low 2's either.
