Was it a false invoice?... overpriced retail items (clothes) to cover a covert payment for another "item" (renovations)
Labor spends enormous taxpayer funds on various education and promotions etc etc throughout the course of their government, then at election time seems to have an enormous amount of election advertising available to it
Where is this election advertising funds really coming from?
