I'm not close enough to the company to see the ins and outs (mainly outs) of staff movements. If what you say is correct, and they are losing good people, then this would help explain the price falls. There is no point in directors merely trying to support the price, they therefore must believe this represents good value going forward. Their timescale might be longer. Is there an exodus of clients? The next set of results might indicate a sinking ship, or they might not. Seems strange for directors to be adding if the former. The industry is in flux at present and with the CEO gone staff allegiances shift so staff movement is probably higher generally.
