Another way one could look at the Hydrix deal, apart from what we know or think, the owner may have been smart enough too think that he gets a great personal cash injection, and know doubt other benefits along the way, while also knowing that Hydrix on its own identity continues to be successful in its own right..
If PSY fails to materialize a single commercial deal of any value while burning thru their cash, it is no loss too him, as it will be seen that PSY was a drain on the Hydrix revenue.
Not withstanding a scenario one can see from the above, it is even more important that PSY pull their own weight other than bling statements.
