TB - your are joking right ?!?!? That would be the equivalent of leveraging into a spec stock! Not for me - happy to leverage for property and child care centres are govt cashflow so really like them - shares are a play interest while we sat out of property but always with a view to getting back in. Maybe if I’d been successful early on we would have been tempted to keep some in shares but not based on outcomes so far.
