Its a very strange scenario as non founding director holding going on for 30% mostly bought at market price at the time huge positive, yet at some point he surely needs to get the cash back. If the company is not sold then anytime he tries to roll out of his position surely price would collapse. Unless he can somehow place his holding elsewhere at a premium similar to how Mr Hockings gave him the shares in the start?
