The AGM and guidance update are scheduled for this month. Some positive announcements have been released this quarter. My concern is still the AUD:USD exchange rate. The guidance assumed an exchange rate of $0.94AUD to the USD. If we take AUD:USD parity as the new assumption we should see a maximum drop of 10% in estimates. Taking that into consideration I will work towards an EPS of $0.045. At 5 to 10 times EPS, a stock price of $0.225 to $0.45 is still reasonable so I decided to top up this week. This is one industry, albeit highly competitive, with massive growth and resilience in this economic climate.
