.....and the potential winding up of gjt

im new to this stock but just read in the annual report that ey were talking about selling assets and winding up the company.

Does this mean that its a goner? I would have liked buying some given that at .026 cents they are significantly discounted the the NTA of 40cents.

So will they just sell properties one at a time whittling down any money until the last property is sold or just put them all on the market and see them at once and just hand out near to 40cents per share?
