As i'm sure you are aware jo_B this is not something new.

Personally i think that the market looks at Peel & sees a company with big ambitions, a group of smaller deposits spread over a wide area & a LOT of capital expenditure in front of it.

That money has to come from either loans or capital raisings. Finance is harder to get a lot more expensive now than it was even a year ago. So that changes the financials of their projects in a big way. I think there would be many looking at Peel & thinking there is better value elsewhere.

One couldn't blame investors for seeking out companies with projects that are far more advanced & offer a greater chance of a decent return in a shorter time frame.

Peel has been talking a big story for over a decade now. I personally have been very critical of Peel on here. Critical of why they did not focus on Mallee Bull for instance. Establish it as a small stand alone operation. Generate cash flow & use that build on from there.

The market is not blind to the company. There is not a seller or sellers determined to keep the price suppressed. The share price is the market rating the company's prospects compared to its peers.

Money is a fickle beast. It has no loyalty.
