Don't have a problem with the shares that have been issued to get the bsuiness to where it is now. Outstanding job, I'm very impressed. What I'm saying is why would they need to issue shares going forward?

Also that last issue of 530k shares to FC Capital happened in January and the price they were issued at was 20c. The 3B says it was based on an agreement in December 2016. You go back through the announcement about the company partnering with FC Capital and try and find where it says anything about shares being issued as part of the deal.

I'm happy to give them the benefit of the doubt on that one but why should shareholders suffer further dilution from discounted share issuance going forward if cash can be used?
