I am not an activist shareholder bu5 apparently there is an apparatus whereby if there are enough sha4eholders, a meeting can be called for. Like I said, I dont know much about that alternative. Either that or sell out, and I am way too far underwater to do that. Karl I believe is the largest shareholder and he too would have lost heaps, but he has more financial insulation than I, and he keeps clipping the ticket for his management ? Fees. I don’t know if u were aware, but he is now also on the board of ARQ.
A very frustrating and bitter xperience having paid for professional management, and getting poorer results than if u had thrown a dart at a dartboard !
