nightstalker obviously the BIV takeover was a method used to get the current board out & the new board in, now they have the seat on the board the takeover is withdrawn & its back to buisness for IDG, so really the theory BIV wanted IDG cash has now gone out the window due to there withdrawl, you say they will plunder the loot lol, how will they do this? highly illegal what your saying & rather ridiculous, sum it up the old useless board is gone, the new board is in, lets see where they plan to take this...
