I see your point about the defeating condition.
why GLI only wanted 10%, imo they just wanted enough votes to get the board out, now the board resigned before the meeting they dont need it.
As for selling off all assets, directors get the cash & company goes into liquidation, I still dont see how this can be done, when IDG is debt free & its buisness as usual atm.
