Yes, it is frustrating. This is real test of the belief that VPG will recover as per expectations. If "the trend continues," expect about a 2 million share dump into .135 at some point soon, and then we will stagnate again at .135-.14
If there were bots operating and the volume was ticking over, I would guess that it's all part of a Cunning Plan. But at the risk of injecting some humour, it looks more like a Punning Clan that will provide any glee today.
