Really still a bloody bargain in my opinion! We all know the NTA is there and that doesn't include the funds management business that is in a JV with a bank, I've got my long term parcel that I'll probably never sell and plan on reaping distributions from for decades to come but thinking I should be topping up at these prices, I just haven't got the patience to sit at 13c when my order probably won't get filled
