bought VPG @ 8c a few months back and now waiting for some more cash to buy....hope I get some spare cash in a week or so to capitalize on the sub-14c price range...as the international mood improves, this one is going to go stronger by the day...will keep on buying as long as it improves in value....a few years from now, it will not matter if you bought at 8c or 13c or 20c....will surely have a health $ sign in front in a few years IMO...
