I suspect the real angst is that RC is getting such a large up front fee, large oppies package that may well soon be in the money and a large yearly salary, all of which are excessive for a small cap explorer.
A more structured oppies package, and no sign on fee and payments in arrears for the salary as is normal
It may well have been received better, at the moment it may looks like it is simply too much and salary in advance, which implies, If CTP goes broke I have my money and I don't have to worry .
