Shareholders in Hotshot must be laughing. They are getting $1m cash and over $10m worth of MMZ stock.

An absolute ripping deal for Hotshot for an absolute dud product. LOL - hilarious.

Those behind Hotshot are instant millionaires - it's insanity, but it just goes to show what clever PR and positive spin on announcements can do.

I repeat - the REAL WINNERS are the Hotshot shareholders. That was the plan from the outset IMO. They're set for life all through a bunch of spin and positive PR and one very lame website that will be lucky to make even a few thousand dollars IMO.

Cityview (Fortitude), Range Resources (Consort), Mooter (Hotshot), the list goes on and on and on, so to do the director paychecks, and so to do the capital raisings and share value declines.
