    everyone is expecting a JV but at present the deal is not complete. i.e. still risk invloved.

    Once the announcement is made in regards to the completion of the JV, then the market will 'de-risk' meo and price it closer to its realist market value.

    if the announcement is positive i expect this to open up around the 80 cents range.
