MEO update release:
"The next board meeting is scheduled for mid December. It is expected that after this meeting, the preferred Farminee will have the necessary approval to execute binding agreements which will be subject only to Australian regulatory approvals."

MEO will know when this meeting is and would be prudent to halt the day of the meeting to shield against insider trading. If the Board had already met then MEO would already have knowledge of the decision and therefore probably should have informed the market (or halted earlier).

Think board meeting of farminee will be tonight. Hopefully final approval will be received. They will let MEO know sat morning of their decision and MEO will make announcement on Monday morning IMO.
