..... and yet have a look at the "face book value per share" if the shareholders approve the take up of the shortfall in the subscription by whoever they are (DYOR on that) 7.5c face book value or there about (take a look at the "independant" report for the exact figure) ... and then lets not forget PP have to sell thier allotment within the 1st 12 months at which are issued at what?? .... 15c i think i remember (but am willing to be stood corrected on that)
