not comparable - their price of basket of REE's was around $15 per kg when shares price was 50c then China stepped in around June 2010 with restriction on exports and their price of REEs has grown to around $224 per kg.
If SA thermal coal price increased from $115 to $1,717 per tonne CCC would be trading at alot more than 3.8c per share. But i agree, CCC is undervalued - should be trading closer to 6c than 4c. With the way we are handing out shares 6c will soon equal to a company worth $300m.
