Well lets see what happens today in this debacle that is the QLD Government's attempts to screw MRV. There will be a lot of Politicians and bearcats who look like absolute idiots if MRV win this, and I hear there is talk about a class action against DES for incompetence with an Ex board member potentially stumping up the first $1M...….. Keep in mind the Ombudsman wrote a scathing report about Dept of Environment over the old Cougar issues, I am reasonably confident the Land Court can interpret legislation, which it appears the entire DES from Minister down can't. This legal reps are a joke......
