Tokyo, you have to be joking. GDM has already spun off its uranium assets (UNX) and its nickel assets in Tanzania (Continnetal Nickel). If it spun of the only advanced project that it has (Cairn Hill) it would have nothing. GDM is a small explorer trying to find something/anything that might make some money, that is not a difficult concept to get your head around, it is what exploration companies do!
