Ultimately, as more or less expected, the real judge that is the market did not really appreciate this merger.
And as completely expected, the winner of this set-up is...: L. Tonkin and his acolytes who will take advantage of lining their pockets to the detriment of the shareholders whose interests they were supposed to protect !
