Tevolo - with the greatest respect you are either deliberately misleading people or you have not read the report. To say it will take 1-2 years to comply with the conditions is complete and utter garbage. Only a handful of the conditions apply to LYC anyway (the other apply to the regulator). The only condition that is likely to caus eany delay is the long term wate management plan and that is apparently aready well under way.
