Tev - careful with your advice mate. I dont think you fully understand the report. I suggest you read it especially what the 11 items are and who will be responsible for addressing them - and the fact that they will require progression whilst the LAMP continues to be built. It's a GREEN light for LAMP. Thats a FACT. I do however respect that you are entitled to your opinion. DYOR folks - you still got a chance to make a decision based on FACTS instead of incorrect media rubbish.
