the cynic in me thinks that this supression of the SP is for potentially GDN's new mates Oracle to get in with the last tranche of shares available to be issued without shreholder approval at something like 80% of the vwap.
I don't think they require any money as an official CR, but it wuld be remiss of them to leave money on the table...
at least it can only be a maximum of 17.1 Million shares...
