APPOINTMENT AND RESIGNATIONS OF COMPANY SECRETARIES

The Board wishes to advise that it has appointed Mr John Cooke as Company
Secretary with immediate effect.

Mr Cooke is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, and a
member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.
Mr Cooke is a partner of chartered accounting firm Somes & Cooke, which
provides corporate secretarial, accounting and taxation services to private and
public companies.

The Board is pleased to have Mr Cooke join the Company as his forty years
accounting and corporate experience will assist him in providing the Company
with valuable input in the areas of corporate governance and statutory
compliance.

Mr Cooke replaces Mr Robert Barras and Mr John Buckley, both of whom have
submitted their resignations from the offices of Joint Company Secretaries of the
Company effective today.
