just shows, without ramped up drilling reports it can't go anywhere..... and it's not drilling is it?..... and it hasn't even announced flow rates for the paltry little six? holes it started drilling a year ago.....

..... now don't me laugh too hard about NEO, it's small time and likely to remain that way for a long time to come......
