Wouldn`t worry to much the MD seems to be very confident that the oppies will bring in $4 mil once converted ,so I would guess the SP needs to be a fair bit higher for all of the oppies to be converted, so just be patient A great company in the right place with the right people at the right time {I hold a fair few GRK/GRKOA}.
