As a non holder I still watch with an eagle eye to see if there is a bid for you guys. Trading at 8.3c is intriguing but I have not been able to add info to that.

The 83 mill you speak off - becareful with your break up of the shares.

Penson had 20mill to start with which they would mostly purchased since the merger news and then sold down to 7 mill so effectively they have chyrned 33 mill of those 83.
I noticed another nominee company on the register and then the Robins' etc and you get 59 mill shares there alone so not enough for anyone person to build a stake for the purposes of a takeover IMO.
