That point about Beach buying was addressed at anotehr post and it serves them no purpose to buy as its a merger and not a takeover. So whos buying is the million dol;lar question is it just speculative investors buying in hope IMO the volumes are too high to suggest that so it must be someone else building up a stake hopefully ready to counter bid against Beach.
