It is difficult to value it as the inventory is constantly being upgraded.

Prior to their excellent Announcement, I suggested $3 would be a fair price and $4 a takeover price if it occurred some time in the future.

That said, mineral sands and zircon are becoming scarcer, although Africa also has some but I would'nt invest in some of those countries with development of one mineral sands project being held up, I read.
