    well - 13 years old

doesn't know it's serious or gravely wrong to stab someone, gosh

''Defence barrister Peter Krisenthal told the jury the accused was too young and immature to understand that his actions were "seriously or gravely wrong".

and we allow these people to drive, vote and breed

I have to say that if the prosecution has to prove that a 13 year old doesn't know it's serious or gravely wrong to stab someone

then, if found innocent - that kid should be locked up away from society for life -------------- just to keep society safe - NOT as a punishment

no 13 year old kid should be allowed out in public if they don't understand that stabbing someone is serious

I'm not suggesting jail for a bad person - I'm suggesting locking away and not letting out with specialist care - for life

let's see if defence lawyers run their argument with that rule in place
