IMO none of them should be allowed out to drive, vote or breed


There is no quick fix.

I would do education totally differently, but that would only make a difference to the young ones - from about 5.

if they are knife carrying morons or organised fighting morons by the time they are teenagers

I think there’s little hope for them


I’d bet most of them are from impoverished homes. Poverty is a disease
