I attended an investment seminar by The Investors Club recently. Their research suggests the Perth market will be flat for some time.
Demand in certain areas of Sydney, NSW, Melbourne and Queensland will be strong.
Sydney has a forcasted population growth to support 40000 new homes annually but only 25000 new residences are being built each year, so there will be a shortfall creating demand and putting pressure on prices.
