in their infinite wisdom- many French towns have used cobblestones for authenticity - or just to make sure that French don't forget their history

what a mongrel thing they are to drive on -------

dentists must make a bloody fortune here - fillings shake out of teeth before you get back home from the dentist

those beehive hairdos that women got ----------- just f o r g e t it - not a chance in hell of standing up when driving home

and, suspension, shocks and the like -------------- give me a break - my god - you feel sorry for the car

I can only imagine poor bloody horsed -----

it's clearly why the romans had slaves - no other bugger would go on the roads
