Can't see the announcement being "structural" as they had given themselves till mid-Feb to "come up with a strategic plan": more likely it will be a "good progress is being made" style of announcement - the sort of thing that "names names" of the people they are working with (to try to calm the market and restore some faith). Also presume that there will be some reasonably conclusive (and positive) statement about the ASIC probe.

Probably SP positive IMO; but probably enough to create a short-term rally (good enough to sell into) - just like the 1.49 rally etc.
