If the YES vote gets up, the HAV resources (all types) get mined over the course of time. They get processed, shipped and used by the wheels of industry. The winners probably won't be you or me, that seems to be a Monty.
If a NO vote gets up, it seems that the following probably will happen.
1. Regardless of whether you bought in at the bottom or the top, you're in for a rough ride....the SP isn't going to go north in the forseeable future.
2. SIMEC then doesn't have a HAV deal of any description.... go cry, go find another HUGE Fe source somewhere else...or come back to the table.
3. At the next AGM, it's "thanks for coming" to the 2 x "independent directors"....(and shut the door on the way out).
4. An elected tribal council who have experience in management (maybe the likes of Clark888 and others.... no pressure!) join Chris Giles to formulate the PLAN B required to save HAV from a liquidators grave.
5. All non essential staff are then released and all of HAV ventures are placed into a maintenance mode....(sorry ladies or/and/or gents... nothing personal... it's business)
6. Given it has come this far, a CR is needed to fund the new plan.

Count me in.

Why?

In my limited and unexperienced but always honest opinion, despite all that has preceded this point in time, not one gram of any of the JORC resources controlled by HAV has gone away with the "independent directors". It is still all in the beautiful ground just to the west of Broken Hill.
It is still in the ground... ground controlled at this point... by HAV... and that IS you and me.

I would rather chance my arm with a plan that was conceived with my blessing, and if Mr Market decides that is not a winner for me, then so be it... IMHO that's better than the unfair... (and come on!)... UNREASONABLE alternative being force-fed to us at this upcoming EGM.
