Im not buying the need for another totally new environment report yet.

Yes, the news articles yesterday did mention the need for a report. But does this mean a review of the original one which could take day/weeks? or a whole new report with new analysts etc visiting the site?

If it was the latter then that would mean a couple of months worth of delays and in my opinion is a material event affecting the projects potential. As such I would suspect that an announcement to the ASX would have to be made.

If on the other hand it is just the parliament/stakeholders sitting around saying that Kentor need to commit to meeting a couple of criteria then I believe this would fall under the current negotiations and not warrant a market update.

Just my 2c.
