I think you've summed it up the best implant!...I think the best scenario was going to be:
-no environmental review required
-locals agree to the mine
- parliament approve the mining license
whereas we now have:
-international review of environmental report - US firm lined up to do this, per Simon's advice
-go get local support
-once above are completed you can get to mining
paper loss for now plus a potential to pick up some more if you believe the story!
