And previously, the parliaments resolution (stance) was to ban Andash at all together.
Now they are amending that resolution to halt operations until local agreement (to which they will allow international auditors on site).
They have adopted exactly what the government stated in their letter in April. You just need to read their resolution from last June to see today's announcement in a positive light.
