Seems a case of not what you say - but how you say it.

The Govt release could have been 'Andash Approved, and give the all clear to comnmence construction as soon as an Environmental report is completed and locals give the ok.'

instead it's the 'Govts suspends Andash until...well, the same conditions as above.'

Really the same thing - one way sounds good, and our SP goes up, the other sounds bad and it goes down.

- Another point on the environmental concerns, especially with the other mine releasing chemicals into the water - wasn't Andash different in that regard in that it was chemical free? (or at least the nasty kind?)
