We just have to patient; there is a new government and they are introducing new policies and reforms including "social agreements" within mining licences so the locals see some fruit from the mining that takes place near their homes.

If the mining that takes place does provide an income stream to the local villagers and provides high paying jobs, they are far less likely to cause any unrest.

Anyway I believe the local villagers of the Kopuro Bazaar are happy with what Kentor is proposing for Andash, so hopefully this social licence is not too far away, even though the new government is still being formed.
