The last ice age went for about 90,000 years. Since then we have had some 12,000 years of warming. Ice does melt when it gets warmer.
As in the past, our short periods of warming give way to the next 90,000 years of freezing.
It wont be long now.
Better hope it gets warmer still to hold back the next ice age a bit longer.
