Thanks for correcting that its the second worst not the worst. That changes everything.

I have no idea whose report is right or wrong, we would need to go through the reports to make that assesment. But they are all consistent in their relativity.

Anyway, it doesn't matter. Lets just say that they are not as squeaky clean as some other countries.
