Mining Company, Red Rock Resources says that its Managing Director, Ken Watson has resigned with immediate effect.

Chairman and CEO Andrew Bell comments: "We are sorry Ken has decided to step down, and grateful for his exceptional contribution to the growth of the business.

"His commitment to and belief in Resource Gold Ltd means that he now wishes to devote his energies to developing and managing that company. He does so with our full support.

"Red Rock made an investment in RGL when it was set up and we are delighted it has developed to the point where its prospects make it necessary for Ken to engage full-time with the business.

"At Red Rock, the operating management on our major projects continues unaffected."
